When it comes to Bending, Walker Manufacturing is synonymous with versatility in meeting clients needs. Our Mandrel Bending machines have a capacity up to 200NB. A vast array of tooling is available for different size and radius bends. 1D bends are a particular area of specialty.

Some machines are booster benders which reduce the thinning characteristics of the outer wall of bends, producing a bend which gives a longer life in service.

Walker Manufacturing's Induction Bender has a capacity of 350NB diameter or 250mm square, capable of bending different sections or radii from 3D to an infinite radius. This process heats a small ring of material, moves the material forward and quenches it before the heat travels along the material. A high quality bend results.
